CAD modeling is the process in which our specialists transform focused data from laser scanners; they transform point clouds into CAD program. The logical structure of the 3D model is developed by this process, which contains objects of buildings, structures, machinery, equipment, pipe or oversized objects. The result is a realistic three-dimensional CAD - BIM model which is the basis for reconstruction work in production planning and scheduling, as well as in the simulation of production processes. It has increasingly also used for programming robots in recent years. It examines in particular possibility of collision of robot arm with objects in its vicinity, for example pipelines, platforms, cable trays, etc. (collision detection).
The detection of possible collisions is carried out in the design of new pipelines to the existing pipe bridges.The combination of laser scanning - CAD model of the existing state (as Built) – The projection greatly reduces the formation of possible collisions with existing pipelines, construction of the bridge. It can also answer the question if the modification of steel bridges is needed to increase its capacity or the construction suits the place. The statics of the bridge is really important. Our 3D models of steel structures are delivered in format SDNF (Steel Detailing Neutral Format), which presents a universal exchange format for steel elements.This format can be imported into programs for calculating statics, as well as to design programs (Tekla, ProSteel, Revit). Creation of object libraries is one of the outputs of CAD modeling. Virtual model can be divided into fixed objects such as buildings, structures, pipes, which create so called restrictions or barriers to planning. Other objects that are mobile are announced to the libraries. Object libraries contain elements such as machinery, equipment, technology pallets or products usable in most BIM software solutions.
